Terms and Conditions of Contracting
Last updated: 04/08/2026
These terms govern the contracting of moving, relocation coordination, cleaning, setup, utilities, and related support services offered by PasaLaKey.
1. Service scope
Each engagement is defined by a personalized proposal or quotation. The final scope includes only the services expressly accepted by the customer, the confirmed dates, and any specific conditions stated in the proposal.
2. Coverage and limitations
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, service coverage is limited to:
- The coordination and performance of the services included in the accepted proposal.
- Any basic or extended coverage expressly identified in the quotation, where applicable.
- The handling of incidents related to services effectively delivered by PasaLaKey or its assigned collaborators.
Coverage excludes damage resulting from insufficient packing provided by the customer, inherent defects in the items, force majeure, access constraints not previously disclosed, and excluded or high-value items not declared in advance.
3. Pricing and VAT
All published or quoted prices for end consumers include Spanish VAT unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Quotations may change if the customer-provided information, inventory, access conditions, distance, date, or contracted services change.
4. Claims and incident protocol
In the event of damage or another incident, the customer must follow this protocol:
- Report the incident in writing to [email protected] as soon as it is detected and, in any event, within a reasonable period after the service is performed.
- Provide photographs, a detailed description, the service date, and the quotation or booking reference.
- Do not dispose of packaging or alter the damage where this would prevent verification.
- Allow the documentary or in-person review reasonably needed to assess the incident.
PasaLaKey will review each case according to the contracted coverage and the origin of the incident, and will communicate the outcome or next steps within a reasonable time.
5. Withdrawal right
If the customer acts as a consumer, they may exercise the applicable statutory withdrawal right within the legal period from contracting, except where current regulations provide an exception. If the customer expressly requests that service performance begins before that period ends, they acknowledge that the right may be limited or extinguished once the service has started or been fully completed, in accordance with consumer regulations.
6. Cancellations and changes
Requests to change dates, modify scope, or cancel must be made in writing. Additional costs may apply where reservations are already fixed, providers have been assigned, materials have been purchased, or operational slots have been specifically reserved for the service.
7. Customer obligations
The customer must provide accurate and complete information about addresses, access conditions, inventory, special requirements, delicate items, and any restrictions relevant to the proper performance of the service.
